TANKLESS WATER HEATERS

waterheater12_edited.jpg

Great for saving energy. Unlike storage heaters, tankless units use gas burners to heat water on an as-needed basis, which saves you a lot on energy costs. The heated water isn’t stored for use later, so you aren't paying for standby energy losses. You'll also have a constant supply of hot water. They are smaller, energy-efficient and low-cost to use. When you turn on a hot water tap, cold water goes through the unit where either a gas burner will heat it. And then you have hot water!

EARTHQUAKE VALVE

Earthquake shut-off valves (or sometimes called seismic valves) regulate the flow of natural gas into your home from the street in the event of an earthquake. They are installed directly to your meter, and they work by using motion sensor technology to detect seismic activity and in turn, automatically shut off the gas flowing into your home. Why should you have one installed at your home? Your safety! By having a shut off valve installed in your homes gas system, there will be no need to worry about if your home is prepared for the next California earthquake because your home is ready for both seismic activity as well as major earthquakes.

When you have sewage backing up into your home or your drains are clogged, you need to hire a professional to clear the issue before a simple stoppage becomes an entire mainline backup. Watch out for early signs: tub draining slowly, dishwasher overflowing into your kitchen sink, the garbage disposal stopped working and your sink is now full of food waste. These may seem like small problems and probably aren't cause for concern, however they could be due to something serious such as an obstruction, grease or root intrusion.

Our technicians are trained to deal with these issues quickly before they become a seriously expensive and stressful situation.

KITCHEN FAUCETS

Does your faucet handle stick or crack when you try to move it? Does it take a few seconds for water to come out when you turn it on? These are signs of internal rusting and corrosion. Once your faucet starts breaking down, there isn’t much you can do to fix it except replacing it. Rust builds up inside of the faucet before it becomes visible. Not only is a leaky faucet annoying, but water leaking on your counter or under the sink could also lead to mold growth. Replacing the entire faucet, especially if it's older, will end up saving you more money than attempting a temporary repair. We can help you choose the right faucet for your kitchen. Our technicians are trained to deal with these issues quickly before they become a seriously expensive and stressful situation.

WATER FILTRATION

Water softeners remove minerals that create hard water, one of the most common water quality problems homeowners encounter. Hard water destroys appliances, leaves soap scum across bathrooms and kitchens, and dries out your hair and skin. Investing in a water softener saves you time, energy, and money, and protects your home and your property.  Plus, reverse osmosis can remove as much as 98% of contaminants from your drinking water. This is much more effective than using a charcoal filter alone, which is incapable of removing certain contaminants. Given how powerful and effective reverse osmosis systems are, you might be surprised to learn that they actually don’t use electricity. This stands in stark contrast to something like distillation, which requires heat and electricity. A reverse osmosis system benefits from the water pressure in your home. One of the additional pros of a reverse osmosis filter is that it connects directly to your faucet, providing clean drinking water on demand.
